a wonderful 22nd birthday. =)
someone once told me that your 21st birthday is going to be the most happening one you ever had. i beg to differ. birthdays had never been a dua zhong event for me coz i always feel that its just another day. looking back at my birthdays for the last few years, i cannot help but think my 22nd birthday is the most happening one. =)
I could still rmbr back in secondary one. my ncc senior reveal to us that we will be going for a camp and it hit my birthday!! i was like omG! wah lao, my birthday in ncc uniform!!! how can??? haha. but that was not the end. somehow i feel that i am pretty fated with the uniform. In the subsequent years, I somehow could not run away from it. I happened to be wearing the uniform for the next 3 years. I tot I could run away after I went JC. but tink my butt itchy. I decided to go for the CLT course. and off I was, 2 weeks in camp. clashing with my birthday as well. haha. finally it was j2. YES! no camps! no uniform!! opps. apparently, i forgot to write my gp essay and i ended up writing essay at home. wad a way to celebrate my bdae. HAHA! then it came my 19th bdae. argh!! i was confined in army coz it was my first week in ocs! yes!! wearing that uniform again. told ya i cannot run away from it already. 20th birthday nearly saw me in uniform again. but i am a slightly big fry. so i can zao. muahahahaha. but i ended up sleeping at home coz i was too tired from duty the day before. argh! fate brought me back to ocs on my 21st birthday. i was working on my 21st birthday for this event at ocs for the sword shop i worked at previously. haha. at least it was better than some of my frens who spent it in the jungle. a simple meal at a kopi tiam in amk ended the day. cool eh, how many ppl our age celebrate their 21st at a kopi tiam. but i haf no complaints coz the food rocks big time. =)
FInally it was the BIg 22nd birthday. thanks for all the presents!!! and the collage!!! i love it totally! =) i am sorry that all your surprise plans din kinda work out. But it will be a funny sight if u all had attempted it. =P I seriously tink my 22nd birthday is super duper happening. THANK YOU SWOCS for all the love. very touched by all the gestures. even though SECC shagged you guys out, but you all were still planning for my celebration. really appreciate that. ALOT! just wanna say, you guys have been a wonderful part of my life for the past few months. I hope that we will continue to be part of each other lives in the years to come. =)
